Total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit time, is usually 6–13 business days.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. CUSTOMER SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Yifengyu may not be responsible for additional costs or losses.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@yifengyu.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The company and manufacturing address is not a public return address.

We will try our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
