8. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept eligible returns of both defective and non-defective products when the applicable return requirements are met.
Returned products must be in new condition.
Returns are accepted by mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Yifengyu does not charge a restocking fee.
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.

Our registered company address and associated production locations are also not standard customer return addresses.

11. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests when an order has not yet entered processing or shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
