Yifengyu is an online apparel store serving customers in the United States.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. Orders are shipped from the United States as described in our Shipping Policy.

If we cancel a paid order, the approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Yifengyu currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, delivery restrictions, and other shipping conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original tags and packaging when applicable.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For an approved defective, damaged, or incorrect product claim caused by our error, Yifengyu will provide an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an eligible return is received and inspected.

Please contact customer service before sending any product back.

The correct return address and instructions will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Do not send returns to:

  • The company registered address
  • The associated factory address
  • An address printed on the original package

unless customer service specifically authorizes the address in writing.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders that have already been processed or shipped normally cannot be canceled and may instead be returned after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
