This Shipping Policy explains our shipping area, processing time, delivery time, shipping cost, tracking, and delivery support.
This policy applies to orders placed through our official website.
1. SHIPPING AREA
Yifengyu currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only.
We do not currently ship to countries or regions outside the United States.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak seasons, promotional periods, or unexpected delays, order processing may take additional time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
3. SHIPPING ORIGIN
Orders are shipped for customers in the United States.
Yifengyu operates with its company and manufacturing address in China while providing customer service through its U.S. service address.

5. SHIPPING COST
Yifengyu currently offers the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
Orders of $120.00 or more:
Free shipping
Orders below $120.00:
Flat shipping fee of $20.00
The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please review your order details carefully, including your shipping address, email address, phone number, product selection, size, color, and quantity.
If any information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.
8. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at service@yifengyu.com. We will try our best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
9. LOST, DELAYED, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at service@yifengyu.com.
We will review the issue and may ask you to check with the carrier, your local delivery location, neighbors, or building management.
Yifengyu is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information, weather, customs, holidays, or other events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you with delivery issues.
10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@yifengyu.com.
We will try our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
12. RETURNS
Shipping and delivery information is separate from our return process.
If you need to return an item, please review our Return & Refund Policy and contact our customer service team before sending any item back.
Please do not send returns to the company and manufacturing address or to any address shown on the package unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
