RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to orders placed through our official website.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

You may request a return if:

The return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.

The item is new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

The item is returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories whenever applicable.

Proof of purchase, such as an order number or order confirmation email, is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.

Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear.

Items without original tags, labels, or packaging when applicable.

Items returned without prior approval from our customer service team.

Gift cards or final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale on the product page.

3. RETURN WINDOW

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Reason for return

Photos of the item if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has any quality issue

After your return request is reviewed, our customer service team will provide return instructions and the correct return address if your return is approved.

Please do not send returns to the company and manufacturing address or to any address shown on the package unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COST

For non-defective returns, including size issues, fit issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items caused by our error, Yifengyu will provide a solution after reviewing the issue. This may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return shipping cost to the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery at service@yifengyu.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and provide a suitable solution.

7. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

8. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size, color, or item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved and completed, you may place a new order on our website.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@yifengyu.com.

We will try our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

10. RETURN ADDRESS NOTICE

Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

The correct return instructions and return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is reviewed.
