At Yifengyu, we want customers to have clear information about returns and refunds before making a purchase.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through yifengyu.shop and shipped to customers in the United States.

30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the return request must be submitted within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

Returns requested after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Returned products must be in new condition.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free from damage caused after delivery, and returned with its original tags when applicable.

Original packaging should also be included when reasonably possible.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, or customer-caused damage may not qualify for a refund.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, the email address used for the order, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also provide clear photos showing the issue.

After your return request has been reviewed, our customer service team will provide the applicable return instructions and return mailing address in writing.

Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Please do not mail a return before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.

Products sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide a prepaid return shipping label unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

No Restocking Fee

Yifengyu does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements described in this policy.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

After the refund has been issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Processing times after the refund has been issued are determined by the applicable payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within the 30-day return period.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue so our customer service team can review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Do not send the product back before receiving written return instructions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests when an order has not yet entered processing or shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
